Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed.

During high-volume periods (product drops, promotions, holidays), processing may take longer. If there is a significant delay, we’ll contact you using the email or phone number provided at checkout.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates and available delivery options are displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and begin after your order ships (not when it is placed).

We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Destinations

We do not ship to locations where our products are restricted or prohibited.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate your package, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, contact us at support@thcoughee.com within 7 days of the last tracking update so we can assist.

To the extent permitted by law, The House of Coughee is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, email support@thcoughee.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the damage and packaging so we can help quickly.

Returns to Sender / Refused Packages

Packages returned to us due to refusal, failed delivery attempts, or address issues may be subject to a restocking fee and/or reshipping costs.
