Overview

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to make it right within the guidelines below.

Return Window

Because of the environmental sensitivity of the product, you may request a return within 3 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund (unless damaged/defective or inaccurate on arrival):

Opened or used consumables (including coffee, herbs, supplements, edible items, or beverages)

Perishable goods

Gift cards

Final sale / clearance items (if marked as final sale)

How to Start a Return

Email support@thcoughee.com with:

Your order number

The item(s) you want to return

The reason for the return

Photos (required for damaged/incorrect items)

If your return is approved, we'll send return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged/defective item), we'll cover return shipping or provide an alternative resolution.

If the return is due to customer preference (changed mind, ordered the wrong item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval or denial.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days (timing depends on your bank/payment provider).

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee exchanges due to limited inventory.

If you need a different item, the fastest option is typically to place a new order and request a return (if eligible) for the original item.

Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item, contact support@thcoughee.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

To request a cancellation, email support@thcoughee.com as soon as possible.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us first so we can help resolve any issues. Unauthorized chargebacks may delay resolution and may result in account restrictions.
